Notes:
- Service Call/Diagnostic Fee is non-refundable. McKeown’s Heating and Air Sevices does give a 90-day call back service at no charge to customers from the date of initial quote/invoice.
- Most (but not all) repair parts come with a 1-year manufacturer replacement warranty, manufacturers do not give refunds on parts, therefore McKeown’s Heating and Air Services can not refund customers for repair parts. If a part does not come with a manufactures warranty that info will be in the quote/invoice.
- Any cost on any type of freon put into a customer’s HVAC system is non-refundable.
- If you would like to make a dispute you will need to furnish the Invoice Number and Address where work was done.
