You’d never know it was December if it wasn't for the holiday decorations. Temperatures in the Carolina's are hovering above 70 degrees. This trend may continue across the Carolina's with temperatures expected to track above-normal for December, January and February, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) in part due to this year's El Nino, which is expected to be one of the strongest on record.
